Analytics Analyst

This position is responsible for the creation of data insights, decision support solutions and actionable information. This work is technical and requires a high degree of knowledge in the manipulation, interpretation and visual representation of data. This position also requires the ability to administrate reporting, analytics, and business intelligence software, portals and repositories. Knowledge in analytical method, data manipulation, data visualization and software administration is critical.

Responsibilities:-

• Strong problem solving skills with methodical and logical approach.
• 4+ Years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, R, JSON).
• Proficiency in Power BI or other visualization tool.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate data analysis simply.
• Expertise in working closely with business and Engineering, Software design, and all internal stakeholders to define problems and design data visualization solutions.
• Aware of when to bring in necessary support to ensure successful delivery. Notifies key leadership team members of any issues.

• Bachelor’s degree required, Information Technology degree desired.
• 3-5 years’ Experience with data analysis, PowerBL, python, Json.
• Excellent communicator to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and focused manner.
• Exceptional interviewing, probing, and influencing skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time/prioritization management.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Experience in digital asset distribution preferred .
