You will join our IT department:-

As our new Analyst – DC Operations you will be part of Global IT in Ramboll Support Organisation.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:-

• Daily ticket handling in ServiceNow.
• File share and access management.
• Manage virtual machines using VMware (storage, memory, CPU expansions).
• Windows Server administration (maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Decommission of old servers.
• Deploy and manage virtual servers in Azure.
• Contribute to server room builds with input on size, power and cooling.

For this role, we believe your starting point is:-

• VMware vSphere.
• Windows Server certification.
• Familiar with ITIL.
• Good Communication skill written and oral.
• Ready to work on different shifts and on call support.

Other qualities that will help you to succeed in this role include:-

• Relevant Cloud certifications Azure, GCP, AWS.,
• Knowledge in MS System Centre tools like SCCM
• Familiarity to SCOM, SolarWinds etc.,
• Knowledge in Unix, Linux machines.
