Analyst- Commercial Operations

• This position as Analyst Commercial Operations is supporting First Solar Commercial Operations in India region in closing sales contracts by supporting closing of PV module supply agreements as well framework agreements.
• Supporting or taking the responsibility in contract negotiations with customer particularly in respect of terms and conditions, contract creation and contract execution as well as collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts; ensure the proper documentation and execution for all aspects from quote to contract.
• Help and support to coordinate all key functions associated with the execution and development of sales opportunities (including Change Orders, Milestones, Reporting).
• Responsibility also includes handover to fulfillment team, to perform contract management (change orders, amendments, terminations) and appropriate internal reporting such as support for internal demand planning.
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire quote to contract process on operational / day to day basis
• Ideally, this candidate should have good understanding of contract management & execution in the solar or renewables energy industry.
• Must effectively communicate with customer representatives as well as internal teams.

Qualification And Experience:-

• MBA , plus min 2-3 years of experience in a related technical or business field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales operations, contracts negotiations, contract closing and administration.
• Track record in successfully negotiating supply contracts in a Photovoltaic / renewables industry.
• Strong ability to manage work in accordance with deadlines and proactively communicate status and variances with key stakeholders.
• High level of competence with MS office, Salesforce. Operational knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Required Skills/Competencies:-

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate with senior management (internal and external) in a clear and logical manner
• Strong analytical abilities. Highly capable to work well in a team but also independently, with a high degree of diligence and accuracy
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs.
