Analyst/ Associate – Energy

• Strong secondary research skills especially in the renewable energy sector esp distributed renewables
• Conduct regular primary interactions and liasoning with relevant stakeholders across India for data collection, project coordination and networking purposes
• Creating relevant data insights as per project needs and ability to present with requisite level of data visualizations
• Provide project delivery support to the team on projects related to sustainable energy
• Create analytical and insightful market assessment reports, presentations, models and frameworks on a project-to-project basis
• Assist in project management in the areas of clean energy, decarbonization, distribution and energy access
• Development of value propositions, technical approaches, strategies, and tools – by leveraging knowledge and insights on renewables, energy transition, energy access, and other verticals under power & utilities etc
• Assist in identifying attractive business opportunities, developing concept notes, and preparing EOI and proposal response activities

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:-

• The ideal candidate must have the desire to work in the space of sustainability, distributed renewables, and power sector with a focus on new and upcoming technologies
• Excellent data analysis skill with considerable experience in primary and secondary research
• Strong familiarity with standard MS Office tools, experience in data modelling tools preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to travel as per project requirements
• Ability to interact effectively with internal RTI business units, external clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Culturally sensitive and respectful.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Must have min 2 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree/MBA in the sustainability/ renewable energy/ power/ climate change domain or 3-4 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams will be preferred
