Air Audit Specialist/Energy Consultant – Global Diagnostic Center

Mission:-

As an Air audit specialist, your mission is to empower & drive customer centers for their sales of Optimization products/services.  You shall achieve this by evaluating potential savings through various measurements and sharing effective and best fit investment proposals.  Thanks to Smartlink (IOT), Atlas Copco is gathering various data & insights from customer installations & this shall be one of your driver to innovate your processes/thoughts towards your mission.

Role:-

• Technical support on measurement tools, and related activities to customer center.
• Execution of Task associated with AIRScan and Optimization with customer centers allotted by Product manager -AIRScan
• Complete settlement of assessment on received /shared measurement with objective of sustainable energy saving through available Optimization Products.

Major assessment as below.

• • Presale measurements
    • II trak measurement
    • Engineering scan
    • EPC report
  • Full audit measurement includes leak detection report, pressure drop analysis, demand analysis. air quality analysis etc.
  • Post audit proposals comparison and evaluation for best fit in terms of ROI and feasibility.
    • New VSD compressor
    • Optimizer /Sequencer
    • Energy recovery
    • Other Optimization products
  • Hands on AIRchitect with PST, Presales and AIRScan projects.
  • Configuration of Optimizer in AIRchitect for possible saving opportunities & submit reports

• Extended support to Oil free Air -Low pressure division on evaluating capacity for low pressure compressor by assessment through Conveying Pneumatic application software.
• Supporting Product manager- AIRScan for all related activities to enhance Optimization business at customer center level through AIRScan.
• Responsible for AIRScan platform data monitoring and review and sharing this information to all stakeholders.
• Assist Team Leader for driving & executing new future projects/services related to optimization, central Controllers & Air audits
• Assist Team Leader/Product Manager for preparing training materials & conducting Webinar at global level.

Skills & Experience:-

Experience requirements:-

Ideal candidate should have – 4-5 years in Compressed air service with minimum 2 years in Audit

• Basic knowledge of Compressed air and its ancillaries.
• Hands on experience of various measurements such Power, Flow, Air Quality, Pressure dew point etc. on compressed air network.
• Hands on commissioning and troubleshooting of central controller and energy recovery
• Knowledge on various compressed air application in an industry would be added advantage.

Knowledge:-

• You have strong technical knowledge, specific knowledge of the Atlas Copco Compressors & service products.   Should have sound knowledge on types of electronikon & central Controllers.
• Should have knowledge on electricity (power, current, power factor, types of power networks) and compressed air networks.
• Knowledge on industrial processes & different types of industries where Atlas Copco is active.
• You are fluent in English: both written and spoken
