Job Description

  • Formulate global market strategy and support ReNew’s efforts to expand market presence and growth in US and Europe
  • Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and classifying new sales opportunities for Solar Mfg Business (Module Sales) in the International Market (US, EUROPE etc)
  • Stay informed about international regulatory frameworks, standards, and requirements pertaining to renewable energy in above geographies.
  • Understanding the Regulatory requirements and stage gates for sale and aligning the internal teams accordingly
  • Working with the factory teams in meeting the specifications for the client (including certifications etc.)
  • Managing the end to end sales cycle for Module sales. This would also include:
    • Understanding the requirement and tying it up with the product specifications.
    • Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information and other details – specifications as needed
    • Delivering on targets for self as agreed with the BU.
  • Solutioning the order by working with the internal stakeholders – Operations (Plant), Commercial Team, Finance.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Problem solve internal challenges to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for ReNew to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to drive product innovation and development aligned with customer demands and market trends.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Minimum 12+ years of proven sales experience in internal sales (US must).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Good knowledge Sales process. Handling ticket size ranges from 100-500 MW
  • Ability to network with EPC contractors and MSMEs to generate and convert leads.
