Admin Executive- EHS/ Facility Administration AMETEK Bangalore, India Job Posted : May 16th, 2022 Job Description Manage Employee Health & Safety and Facility & Admin related requirements across multiple India locations. Coordinate executive communication, travel, schedule meetings/appointments & travel Itinerary Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management Manage Corporate events effectively Program Management of key projects at executive level Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising administrative staff and allocating responsibilities to ensure performance Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and prepare & publish monthly reports as required. Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 8 to 12 years of experience in managing EHS/ large office set up / Facility & admin responsibility, Program management. Proven experience as an office administrator, program coordination or relevant role Upload strict level of confidentiality & sustain high level of professionalism with colleagues Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with large data reporting, making presentations, Analytical skills. Strong External focus and ability to bring ideas / information from external.
