Set priorities and manage a team of employees in executing projects. Provide technical inputs, analyse & conceptualize solutions, prepare reports & presentations. Effectively communicate with clients and take charge of client meetings. Identify and keep seniors appraised of opportunities to market services and generate visibility by participating in seminars, etc. Generate ideas for transactions in terms of best practices, new techniques for executing jobs, and be aware of key issues in negotiations. Develop and maintain excellent client relations. Be a coach and provide feedback to employees. Manage employees’ grievances on work-related issues and support on recruitment and performance review of AE’s. Responsible for functional training on the job and employee retention. Keep abreast of new developments in the marketing and public relations space Build a good network with peers and professionals in the field. Contribute to project team discussions.
