Motovolt Joins Hands With CSC Grameen E-Store To Make Pan-India E-Mobility A Reality

E-mobility company, Motovolt has collaborated with CSC Grameen E-Store, E-commerce initiative, to make E-mobility a reality pan-India.

The collaboration will facilitate Motovolt’s affordable range of e-cycles to penetrate the remotest part of India.

Capitalizing on the growing E-commerce revolution, the partnership is an initiative to upgrade the quality of life in isolated area, where public transport is absent. The partnership will fill this gap by providing an affordable commute option.  Following the pandemic, consumers in rural India will now have access to E-cycles, which will be just a click away and will be available at the premises of their home.

Speaking on the partnership, Tushar Choudhary, Founder, Motovolt, said, “This partnership with CSC Grameen E-store will take us a step closer to the dream of ensuring that every city and village in India rides electric. Our E-cycles are zero-emission, cost significantly less to own and operate more efficiently than an electric 2-wheeler, and can be safely used without the need for registration or driving license etc. As one of India’s largest e-commerce stores, CSC E-store network is now available across all states and union territories in India. We hope that through this partnership we will be able to take our affordable e-cycles to everyone in India. What a person needs to do is to visit the nearest CSC and place an order. The CSC VLE will ensure timely delivery.”

Dr Dinesh Kumar Tyagi MD, CSC SPV, said CSC has taken this step forward in order to encourage widespread rural E-mobility. The initiative has been introduced primarily for students, small vendors, farmers and women, so that their business, economic and social activities can flourish faster. “Our partnership with Motovolt will go a long way in fulfilling the vision of enhancing mobility for Rural populace and achieve Government vision of Gram Swaraj and Atmanirbhar Bharat,” he concluded.

Motovolt smart E-cycles  operate on advanced Li batteries, making them sustainable. Besides, they also have a longer lifespan. Many consumers across India are content with Motovolt’s E-cycles and rate them as an effective and convenient commute option over two and four wheelers, the company claims.
